    Thank you Doctor, my physical therapist suggested the gray cook band to me and I found your instructions very helpful. I am trying to avoid surgery on two bulging discs in my lumbar area and have been progressing very well thanks to my DC my phys therapist and the Gray Cook band - the MRI was in March, so now it is November and I was able to golf 18 holes several times in September and October. Thank you!

    You messed up the leg placement on the chops... Which one is the correct one? The one further from the attachment point of the band or the closer one? 5:48 and then you switch but not really
