The final event of the 2020 Major League Fishing Bass Pro Tour is on Lake Michigan out of Door County hosted by Sturgeon Bay in Wisconsin. This is my very first time ever fishing on Lake Michigan and I am excited to see what it is all about and to make a run at the 2020 points championship. It all comes down to this event for the Angler of the Year race. I am currently 9 points behind the leader Jordan Lee so making the cut and a top ten here is crucial!

My favorite place in the world right there. Big fish fishery for every species that lives there...big smallies, big walleye, big salmon & trout, big perch. The wind & weather drives the bite on the big pond more than anywhere I've ever fished. Have seen a 40 degree temp swing of surface water temps in 24 hours in August due to wind. Edit: Next time you're in Sturgeon hit up Woldt's Corner on Friday night, best perch you will ever eat.

You guys must be fishing bottom structure that we can't see just from looking at the surface. Wow, looks like you had a pretty good day there.

Yes you definitely can. It will be a little harder to work it because of the length of the rod, but it actually has a great action for it

Small cranks are great in the fall and early spring for bass. In the fall the fish start keying in on small bait so that one main reason it’s good

What charging system do you use on your boat
Power-pole charge
Any particular reason you wrap you line around your rods before putting them away?
Proud Dad , keeps the line tight to the rod so they won’t get tangled with the other rods. One wrap is all you need.
Old school before everyone started using rods socks. Keeps lines from different rods getting tangled
