I ordered this off bed bath and beyond. Then they never shipped it. It got stuck in limbo after a month of it saying they printed the shipping label. We get a refund and two weeks later we get a package of it missing parts. It’s unusable unless I can find a wire bundle to connect the petals to that then would be able to attach to the rectangular box; as well as a controller to even control it. It’s like they just shipped what they had left and we have to figure out how to fix it. If anyone has any advice for the wire bundle and controller that would be great
