I was so worried when my order got delayed which was very very unusual, but when I called I was assured that I will get that .. I sha knew that there was bulk orders to have such kind of delay because Iâm into business as well and things like this happens⊠thank God itâs fine now
Amaka in as much as I hate to do this, I can't help it because your workers have pushed me to the wall. I ordered for goods on the 9th of January and they reached out to me 10 days later to request for Extra delivery charge as at then I had placed another on the 13th of January. So I asked that they send both items to a Lagos address I gave to do but they only sent the items I bought on the 9th of January. up till now (11days) later they're yet to send out my order. This is very annoying honestly.

But the packaging i got is different from the one advertised on your website. I didn't check it immediately i got it from dispatch. This is concerning. Does Nivea UV

I have , after several calls I asked for a tracking I.d and they gave it to me yesterday. Iâm familiar with speed af so I know they have a website and I checked and I could see the package was given to the dispatch rider on the 20th which I find very unfair. Iâm a student and Iâve gone back to school now, I would have to cover the cost of transport from my house which was the initial delivery location to my school.

Okay, but there was still a 10 day delay before the order got to them, I can see they received the order on the 20th
