Ethan takes you through the entire process of this program. Including all up & downs that started at 238lb & ended us at 207lb after his match with Kenny Omega on AEW Collision! It's refreshing to see somebody who is in the spotlight sit there and say "I've got cravings for pizza and candy and whatnot". Good work mate. Very real interactions, very personable and really great to see the real you instead of a 'mask' like other people who post weight-loss videos. Lots of support from Tasmania.

Great work, mate! Thanks for putting this video and journey together for us. No having seen ROH, I was stunned by how good you were looking when you challenged Kenny . The changes and the work you'd put in were immediately obvious. I also really enjoy how Cezar explains his process and the little details around his programs. It'd be great if he started a fitness/health channel. Keep it up!
Wow... This was amazing.... I know I say this alot but I'm very proud you . Just by watching your body transformation journey , the process, and how Ceszar 12 week program helped you ; I could definitely see the physical changes and many other changes as I looked the every 2 week progress photos. Dude you really did put in the work , I mean thank you for showing/sharing the moments you slipped up but got back on track. I'm so so proud of you , you're still my inspiration & I can't quite find the right words to say but some things are meant to be said personal( i don't want to cry in this comment ) . Congratulations on the program Ego! And the Final Battle match was incredibly fun (not trying to spoil anything). This video has me convinced that we need to see you have a trios run at some point (with Sky and Cezar).
