I would agree with the fact you should only consider coming to uk if you have enough funds. I have seen hundreds of example here, people falling for other things leaving studies behind only because they couldnt pay the fees. And all hastle goes down the drain.

The lawyers you named are politically active and represent a small elite segment of society. Being a good lawyer isn’t a popularity contest or maybe it wasn’t in the time when lawyers were the backbone of Pakistan’s struggle in independence.
Then i think u need to see what they had achieved to be at this stage. However, my preference is quite subjective

50k pounds equal to one crore 80 lacs
18k tution fee GDL, 18 k Bar fee, accommodation food travelling extra so quite evident
