It's very complex because he signed a piece of paper in which he says he (is) guilty of doing it. So I don't know how to set that part aside...

@@janetjaggers5325 I never said he signed a (confession). I showed the exact document that he signed. As I stated, he signed a document in which he specifically pleads guilty to counts 2 & 5 in the indictment. He absolutely signed that document, which means that he is saying that he is guilty of those charges and it is filed in the court records and it is the only reason that he is now serving a 20 year prison term.
How did Brandon respond to your E-Mail? I am not interested in this preacher and his ego.
Most prisons now allow various vendors to run email and video call services on their prison campuses and the inmates have access to ipads.

Thank you so much! I really appreciate that! On the one hand I have to feel like she has enough sense to know better... But on the other hand there's no way I would jump into a marriage w/someone before the ink was dry on his previous divorce without taking time to go through some deep deep several years long counseling... So it's just hard to say but his prior wife walked away from the marriage in good shape. So maybe Shaunie thinks she can trust him...

Unlike southern states that make it up as they go along to fit their agenda and will find the most obscure loopholes to not provide true justice to defendants like chorus husband, a perfect exampleof lawlessness in Texas justice system. 34 guilty counts by 12 citizens random citizens that the DA and defense attorneys agreed on justice has been served this time.

Let's say I wasn't there,Right,I like to think out side the box,n what if,Am not Brandon nor him me, When it comes to telling the Truth no one will get me to sign anything to something I did not do,My faith in God alone would be my witness,I will n I would have stood my ground, Brandon situation feels to me like a setup na perfect train derailment,The deck was set against him from the start,It definitely will take a miracle for him to be freed.
