Yes and no. The soft parts looks identical (papercone, dust cap, foam) but the basket design is totally different. At the end of the day, most of the subwoofers are made by the same manufacturers overseas. I can name a bunch of brands that use the same suppliers. But each product is made slightly different. Some with better parts then the others.
