This is one of our favorite treats to get at the Jolly Holiday Bakery at Disneyland or at the France pavilion in Epcot Disney World! The combination of the crispy macaron shell and chewy center combined with the silky raspberry mousse and tart fresh raspberries is the perfect treat!

They were so delicious, I'm always so excited to find a recipe that tastes like what you get at the parks! I bet you could easily modify this recipe to be like the macarons from Be Our Guest, just piping the macarons smaller without the mickey ears and adding the mousse and a couple raspberries in the middle. Delish! 💕

They were absolutely delicious! I was always too intimidated to make them, but they weren't too difficult! I bet there are some pretty good vegan recipes out there as well to substitute some of the ingredients, you'll have to let me know if you find any good recipes! 💕

That raspberry purée you made looks amazing. Had no idea you had to let it cool in the refrigerator for an hour after you mixed it up. You did great at making this. I think I would be a disaster at trying this!

Hi! No you don’t have to use the Princess emulsion, but if you want to add it in it adds a wonderful flavor to your macarons. 💕

@@joannag2616 Great question! I wondered this too when I saw the price of Almond Flour, but everything I’ve read says you need to use Almond Flour for Macarons, and that regular flour won’t work correctly 🤷♀️
