Kirsten that is a beautiful vanity . You have a great eye for quality . If I can suggest , Amazon has a wonderful liner that is kinda like velvet and comes in many colors , kinda like you would see in a jewelry box . It would be beautiful in this piece .
Ahhh the velvet sounds amazing!! I’m hesitant because I worry about cleanup but definitely going to consider trying it out! For now I ordered a cheap pink one to try out but think the velvet might also help products from sliding so I might switch it up

You will find organization ways to fit, this is a beautiful piece of furniture and it will last a lifetime, so happy you found this. 150 for a thrift store is high, but worth it.

What an amazing find! Those drawers are so deep, so nice. I put brown velvet liner in my vanity the other day and it really elevated the entire look and feel. I’m so happy you finally found your dream vanity.

what about having the palettes stand up i the tall drawer?? congrats on your dream vanity, nothing is better than fullfilling a dream. it urks me to that trift stores charge you so much, thankfully here in norway we have more cheap ones than expensive. hope your well and safe, and you have had a great week and a great one to come. love ya

so exciting! I have been on the hunt for the perfect vanity for a long time too, here in Dallas the prices for furniture have gone up so so much too but I found a temp larger solution in the meanwhile for $5 and it was composite something I have never bought lol I only decided to use it as a stand in bc of yours 😅 hoping I have good luck soon too :D tfs
Ugh why is stuff so expensive now 😭😭😭 sometimes composite pieces are what you need to get you by and that’s totally ok!! Hold out, I bet you’ll find the PERFECT one soon!
What’s on your eyes?!? So pretty ❤ I sat on the floor in my younger years, even when I had a vanity, mostly because I was so blind and had to be close to the mirror I had. I invested in lasik and use a proper vanity now, mines vintage. It could definitely use a touch up soon though.
I think I was wearing the BH x Iggy totally plastic palette. I wonder if that’s why I didn’t my makeup so close too!! I’ve had lasik since then and it’s amazing to be able to see now 😍
Oh, and random question, if you do decide to get rid of those drawers (the ones on top of your vanity) please let me know if you’d like to sell them to me. Weirdly enough they are my dream drawers..lol. But I don’t live near an ikea.
I will definitely keep you in mind! I plan to keep them for now but I’ll let you know if I change my mind! I can definitely see why they’d be your dream drawers!
