  • Cova House is a stunning vacation home designed for two families. Situated between the Pacific Ocean and the Oaxaca mountain range, this architectural masterpiece spans 328 feet by 115 feet along the coastline, just 230 feet from the beach.
The house features a large central common area and two parallel wings housing private suites. The central volume, adorned with a 100-foot-long 'palapa' roof made of dried palm tree leaves, serves as the heart of the home, hosting a living room, dining area, and bar. Concrete walls enclose the private bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offering framed views of the Pacific horizon.
Designed to harmonize with the environment, Cova House incorporates locally sourced materials and craftsmanship.
