Hotelul e frumos. E si nou, deschis anul acesta. Camera curata, spatioasa, se facea zilnic curatenie. Personal amabil. Sunt mai multe piscine, unele au apa termala, apa din piscinile copiilor era incalzita. Ce pot sa spun e ca nu merita all inclusive. Am stat 3 zile si intr-o zi am platit supliment pentru all inclusive. Am mancat mult mai bine la terasa de langa hotel. Era suficienta mancare dar asa si asa la gust. Bauturile racoritoare erau apa cu zahar si colorant, vin prost, berea tot proasta. La all inclusive intrau doar bauturile alcoolice locale. Pentru cele straine se platea suplimentar. O parte din personalul de la receptie era slab pregatit. Cireasa de pe tort a fost ca am stat 30 de minute la check-out ca sa verifice camera, sa vada ca am lasat-o ok. Am reveni dar doar in extra sezon mai ales ca au inclus in pret si accesul la Aquahouse Thermal Beach. Iar acolo se poate face baie indiferent de vreme.
