It seems that when Barrow talks about leaving a legacy, he is only concerned about infrastructural development. When it comes to MORALITY and the lack of it in his governance, Barrow's legacy will be a disgraceful one.

They drafters made this draft far worst than the 1997 Constitution which is serving the government executive so well, so this can be rejected as will to allow continuance of 1997 Constitution. The other aspect is, leaving open when when the presidential term will begin is a ploy. Gambians should not fall for it!!
