People are refusing to work low wage jobs because A. The cost of literally everything is out of control and B. People are tired being treated like senseless replaceable drones.

what people want is one thing... how are they paying for life... i'm going to guess other people who don't like what they're doing for a living are paying for them to be complete drains on society.

People are refusing because of inflation, and the price of labor is also something that is inflated. There are also very generous unemployment benefits in some states along with the fact people have been receiving stimulus money for nothing.

Why did you choose to show the wage inflation only this year and not the past decade? It’s helpful to keep your graphs consistent.

because WSJ is propaganda at this point.

Good to see Its not just me, WSJ has heavy bias and incentive from their owner to word things a certain way.

Honestly if employers treated workers like human beings then there wouldn't be such a backlash. Healthy work culture needs to be better implemented and there needs to be avenues for bad managers/employers to be punished accordingly

This is just as true in the UK, everyone has been leaving and just been requesting working from home… no one wants to waste 3 hours travelling back and forth work… recruiters take not give the workers what they want

What they don’t tell you when people run out of unemployment and they run over that certain time. They are no longer counted as unemployed they just disappear making the job employed look better.
In all my decades in business people leaving the job industry I’ve never seen so many people go in to business for themselves under the table not working for a paycheck but cash or other means making more money not paying taxes and not reporting that they’re paid being self-employed

Why wage growth is the only graph that spans 8 months?)))
    * Nonfarm payrolls shows 11 years
    * Labor force participation rate - 21 years

Network administration, CNC operator, network security, linguist, chip fabrication, software engineer specializing in AI, cloud computing, big data analysis, IoT engineer, etc. - all these jobs require significant knowledge, skills, and abilities and employers can't find them.

The only jobs that are really hiring are the logistic and warehouse staff, my relative trued so many times and still couldn’t get a job in the retail biz , i think those employers are choosing who to hire instead of really lack of workers

Part of it is also PPP fraud. Since 2020 companies were getting PPP loans from the government because of Covid, and only had to show they tried to hire but couldn't find good employees to have the loan forgiven. Free money, as long as it looks like they *tried* to hire somebody.

I’m an English⇔Japanese interpreter in the making. Could you tell me what you mean by ' Still, the FED looks at multiple reports about the economy and over time, so estimates from the jobs report that are too high and low tend to even out, so the implications are shorter term.'? I just wonder how estimates can even out over time. Could you tell me how they even out? Does it mean that such estimates with a margin of error impact some kind of policy judgment of the FED even for the short term? If so, In what way? Thank you in advance.

If you want to know or feel the "REAL" jobs report, you need to know about "CRIMES" rate report. You know people start do crimes when they are poor and have no jobs. This is not secret, every countries had study of this phenomenal. Look at the Scandinavia countries, almost all people there have jobs country are good in economy rate and they have very low crimes rate... If crimes rate to high that because economy is not in good shape, and when it is not in good shape that mean it no have must jobs to offer..simple! 😐

#BTC remains below the blue 50-week Bull Market EMA
A Weekly Close above ~$38600 followed by a retest of this level into support would probably enable a revisit of the blue 50-week EMA
The blue 50-week EMA needs to be reclaimed for sustained bullish bias
