Isabel using her bell like a morse code is genius yet we overlook it as the books flat out said it. I really enjoy this story. The angry “Ding, ding” made me chuckled as I thought it was something innocent and appropriate.
Now this story makes me what to buy some Hornby AutoCoaches to adapt this story. This story is fun and amusing. Great work, Mike!

Yet another clever,funny and entertaining story, Mike.
Much like the slip coaches, the auto coaches are ones I almost never see get anything in fan content, so this was a pleasant shake up. Just as significant is making Isabel and Dulcie so distinct from each other. Never thought I'd see someone make Isabel mostly mute, but that's such a clever move and just works.

IT'S QUITE INSANELY CLEARLY CLEVER!
Gosh, that was a jump scare and a half when Isabel spoke for the first time. I kind of expected it, but still caught me off guard.
As always Mike, these slice of life stories are so great. I don’t why, but these kinds of stories always hit home in the personal feels, if you take my meaning. I must say I really love this story, it fills in the gap between escape and resource and sagacity rather nicely and gives the rolling stock some love. Gets some time to know the auto coaches and toad. Come to think of it this might be the first time we see toad and Douglas together taking a train, which is a little weird to think about. I could continue to on and on about how much I love this story, but then this would be a novel and not a comment. Thanks for another lovely auto story. It is much appreciated.
Once again another banger story with one of my favorite characters. Isabel and Dulce, along with Alice and Maribel are the most nothing characters in The Railway series. So I found it very interesting the way you wrote Isabel and I find Dulce interesting because she joins Oliver after the escape. Although I wouldn't want to be the middle man in a real life scenario like this, but unfortunately for Oliver he's a Middle engine LOL. Anyway keep up the good work Mike can't wait to see what you pump out next!
This answers the questions I had with how Isabel is written in the books. I have to say this might be one of your best, I really enjoyed hearing a story focused on just these 3. A great way of showing off the peculiarities of GWR autotrains and locos sandwiched in the middle without having to explain it.
5:28 Speaking of Daisy, I wonder of her sibling Railcar could appear in future? Her history before sodor sounds interesting.
This is a pretty funny audio story focusing on Isabel and Dulce, which I always adored when they were mentioned in the RWS. It is quite a good move to have Isabel give her in-joke name another layer of humor by having primarily communicate by using her bell much like how Harpo Marx would always use a squeeze horn to communicate with Chico in those old Marx Brothers movies. I am working on an idea for a mute character who communicates using only their whistle. I'm thinking of also having him use facial expressions, much like Gromit. I haven't chosen a name and I have to narrow down the final basis to be chosen.
Hope we see more of Gabe the truck in future, i wonder if he has any tales of the old days? Or if he knows secrets about the troublesome trucks around him?

Absolutely brilliant! Love the fact that Dulcie basically told Toad to get lost (albeit more rudely)! I love Oliver too, so that's also a great part to this! I certainly look forward to your next story!

The autocoaches communicating with their bells was something I thought about a while ago, so seeing this story was a nice surprise! How fluent would you say Toby is in ‘bell speak’?
Surprisingly, I think Toby speaking normally has led to him being a bit “rusty”!
