When I first went through the album it didn’t really catch me like some other songs, but it was just instantly stuck in my head after that… I’ve loved it more every time I come back to it. That drop into the intro riff coming out of “Wish” is just so satisfying, and J.T.’s yells in the second verse are great
Here is my main problem: I always want to listen to Wish before Glimpse because it perfectly sets up the song, but when most of us probably listen to our music on shuffle or have playlists for new music (I have a 2024 Music one), you can't control that. Makes me wish you'd just have made Wish a part of Glimpse and not have it as a seperate track. Same thing for Northlane's Mirror's Edge song.
Here's how I solved that problem: when listening to this record SPECIFICALLY, I turn off the shuffle feature. Wish/Glimpse is a song pairing that you can't fully appreciate unless you listen it back to back.
@@fromdepthswerise3024 Well that's obvious. When you want to listen to an album, you listen how it was structured to listen to. But when I have this album, along with all the other new music of 2024 in a playlist, it would be nice to have a feature that made intro songs stay with their intended partner. Like woven into the algorithm of the album data.
its one of my top 3 , the Wish instrumental is something by itself can stand out to tell the world that there is a guitarist that can sing like an angel and play like one too, The glimpse song when it starts it shakes the Earth , this is so damn good to the degree that some of those trolls hate it because they can not compete , master peace
I cannot listen to glimpse without listening to wish first. Wish adds so much weight to the riff when glimpse actually starts.
100% this ^^^
So glad y'all went with the extended outro for Glimpse, by far the coolest part on the record imo

@jordanroberts1519 I wasn't trying to criticize my man. Just saying how I did it and why.
@@fromdepthswerise3024 didn’t mean to seem like I was being rude, just explaining my two situations of listening to the album.
keeping the outro that long was absolutely the move
