I remember seeing MarI/O years ago, it was probably the first time I ever heard about neural networks. Really cool to see how much the world has changed since then.

Super interesting to hear Ken Stanley’s perspective on machine learning given how prevalent and important it has become today, especially here on CZcams.
Some of the most amazing projects online that we see on popular social sites like reddit, twitter or tiktok come from communities on each interconnecting, which perfectly proves the idea of serendipitous connection.

you can quantify your research as exploration vs exploitation. understanding deliberate creativity in problem solving is very insightful to innovation.
I still have MarI/O and run it from time to time. Most recently was about 6 months ago. I'm gonna pull that bad boy back out again!
