Accompanied by the Cardinal Bishop of the Tonga Catholic Church, His Eminence Soane Patita Paini Mafi who opened the program with the prayer and the Prime Minister, Hon.Samuela 'Akilisi Pohiva who delivered the special remarks of the day and also Hon Minister for Public Enterprises, MP Tongatapu 6, Hon. Poasi Tei with the vote of thanks.
