I live in the Phoenix area, I know about this festival but I didn’t know it was going on last weekend. Sucks I didn’t get to take advantage of the rolling circus!

Still waiting for USFS to open the trails in Sedona for eMTB riding. But in the mean time, will keep riding the less unknown trails in the Sedona area on my eMTB;)

How is the ebike situation in Sedona? I was reading some forums and people were really enforcing no ebikes.
Sadly it’s not great. Unless you like riding on keep roads. Send emails to usfs and maybe hit up a local shop in Sedona to ask who the local representative for that region is.
@The Loam Wolf should hit up bike manufacturers and legally put ebikes as non motor vehicles. We could go anywhere.
@@thim8009 I think it is all about education, letting those who ban ebikes know the different type of ebikes and letting them ride em. Obviously an ebike that only has electric power when peddling is different than an ebike that has a throttle. As I am writing this I am thinking of maybe get a celebrity spokesman. I hear Simon Cowell is into ebikes. Just make sure he does not have an injury like a broken arm when doing his pitch.
Can you comment on the lack of ebike support in Sedona, and when/if that might be changing?
It's pretty sad isn't it! We don't have much to comment on but we'd suggest leaving comments with Sedona tourism board, USFS and other trail associations to help with any pressure to motivate change. A local shop may have some more specific local reps to contact as well. Try Thunder Mountain.
I have the kids ride shotgun pro. It is amazing! My 2 year old loves it! The simplicity and speed for on and off is great. I am able to ride a lot if normal trails with it.

ebikes in Sedona @ 12mins?? I thought if you show up in Sedona with an ebike you get shot on sight.
You can ride them on 4x4 keep roads. Hooray. Haha
