    You have great tehnique. Dont need too much correction.
    I dont want to see my form on the camera. There are so many problems with it 😅

    I think you always knew your stride wasn't classic. But this clearly hits home. You make some slight changes and the results will pay off BIG at the half/full marathon.Last fall I was the exact opposite, I hit 200 spm at the half marathon, and 197 spm at the marathon 2 weeks later. And my coach made me focus since then on really only reducing my cadence.
    If I had to guess, this Sunday I will average 186-187 at the marathon....10 spm lower in 1 block. And the efficiency changes have been HUGE.

      @@FilipLatochaRunning I have my carb/hydration loading on point. Coach won't stop harassing me! LOL

      @@FilipLatochaRunning Finished with a 3:16:24, and that was with a 2min emergency bathroom break. On to Chicago 2024 now!
