No 5 marla house design has ever impressed me...though, the video lacks some basic details, but an overall division plan with that tiny space is just waaooo.. Make another detailed video of the missing parts...keep going architects!!!

WOW, WOW, WOW. I felt I had to say this 3 times. One of the best 5 Marla houses I’ve ever seen. It feels like a big house. Radical design for a small house especially the gallery with the high ceiling. This property has raised the bar for this size of construction. @Frank White we charge 25k per Marla with Interior design. Without Interior design we charge 15k per Marla. So, for 6 Marlas our charges will be 150k with interior design and 90k without Interior design.

@@nadeembutt4021 We dont provide services for Grey Structure only. The rates for full Finish depend on the type of interior and the material being used. Anyhow, the interior shown in our Videos will cost you around 3550 Rs per Sqft
@@hafizhomes u mean if i want to build 10 marla house, so total cost of grey structure + furnishing will cost me Rs 3550 per square feet?? 3550 x 3800 square feet = Rs 13,490,000 total cost???
@@nadeembutt4021 yeah approximately. If you choose the exact same material as used in our videos. The cost be reduced as well and also it can go upto 6000 rs per sqft. It all depends upon the interior design.

Yeah. They may. But that’s the point. Spaces in house should be interactive instead of being secluded. The whole concept of this design to maximise the interactions among the occupants. Only the beds are private spaces .

30x45 means 6 Marlas not 5...... I wonder a few people noted this..... Although this house design is just mesmerising
Kindly straighten up your Facts. In whole Punjab except Lahore, 30x45 is 5 Marla because 1 Marla = 272 Sq Ft.
But in metropolitan cities, developers include roads square footage as well in the residential plots and thus provide 225 sq ft in a Marla due to which 5 Marla shrinks to 25x45. But thats only in Lahore and Islamabad.

Marlas in faisalabad is big i think 272 sft but in lahore is 225 sft big deiifernce
Yes, you r right. The Marla in Lahore is small but you wont such design anywhere. We did exceptionally well in 5 Marlas of Fsd. And we are doing a project in Lahore as well (in 225 sqft Marlas). Will upload a video of that too🙂

No, All doors are wooden (solid).

Aluminium doors are a good option as they are water resistant but if washrooms are designed carefully (no direct water splashes on the door) then wooden doors are also very durable.
