I think they added that because I'm assuming with Metal Bat since he's the only character that their final M1 down slams you technically, it would work for him but not for other characters, so that's probably why they did it. I thought they made the wall attacks deal more DMG but no. W vid tho

For me it's to make hitting dummy with wall combo easier, due to it having no ping, hero hunter isn't landing it due to it's last normal m1 knocking people high up
