5GreatDays WithHim Money! It's called money and industry. Obviously Mr. Lennon has dealt with it enough since he was a young man. I'm sure that he's now comfortable to do things now in a more simple and independent way. I couldn't agree with you more. Some of this material is just as good as , if not better than, much of what you might hear as adult alternative or modern pop.

It's because the pop crap gen. doesn't recognize what we saw years ago- REAL writing, done by the ARTIST! Songwriting takes TALENT, a GIFT, and the pop crap gen. only hears what's pounded at them day after day, written, if you will, by someone other than the "group" and just told to play those same two chords and verses over and over, just under different titles.. they don't seem to know the difference, sadly... Happily enough, though, people like me raised their children listening to everything from the 60's - 2000's... They both KNOW quality when they hear it, and, also happily, chose Julian as one of their favorites to listen to- on their own! 😎❤️They were watching music on CZcams that was ALL Jules, and, I love that they still love his music to this day!❤️🙏😘

I would like to add this to your comments: Julian, you are an artist. While 'we' knew your Dad to be a vocal artist, YOU are an artist not specifically "vocal", yet, inclusive of vocal.
You hear and 'see' in your creative processes. That is very different and such a different explosion of work.
I had read an article/interview where you were the subject. (oh, surprise!) And, in that article your motivation, your potential motivation...was discussed. Yes, of course, it addressed how growing up with John as your Dad may have affected you. As artists...we ALL grow, create, birth from not just pain, but, also every new understanding and insight into...all of existence...all dimensions...
You are exploring all that. What a powerful source of inspiration!! What an opportunity to learn the avenues of expression to not only satisfy you, but, to also bridge the gap...with others that do not have the perspective you do.

There are very subtle overtones of "Eastern" style in this song. I think this has lead some to think it's similar to a George Harrison song. There's the very pronounced and slow/steady rise up through the scale that's very "James Bond" sounding. Then there's the lyrics... Very self reflective, observant, and encouraging. That's Julian all over! Another excellent song Julian!
