INGREDIENTS
1.5 cups of rice with 200 ml glass
450 ml chicken stock (2+1/4 glasses with 200 ml glass)
1 tablespoon butter
1-2 tablespoons sunflower oil
1 Turkish teaspoon of saffron
1 Turkish teaspoon of turmeric
5 tablespoons hot water
1 Turkish teaspoon sugar
1.5 Turkish teaspoons of salt
