After getting my first one a little over a year ago I now consider a portable monitor an essential for serious students. It made my workflow and productivity SO much better and the fact that it fits easily in my backpack is the cherry on top. However, the previous monitor I've been using has a plastic build and I'm always on the hunt for the best portable monitor. Enter this "CUIUIC" brand model that's all metal and feels solid. I'm super happy with both the build quality and the image clarity, and in this video I give you a full unboxing and overview of what I now consider the best budget portable monitor for the money.

I was a little bummed that you didn't test connecting your phone (totally understand that you are using it with your laptop), but a great job with the video
how good is it given the specs 15.6, 400nits, hdr, srgb 100% in comparison to other models like coolhood, arzopa and momods.
Could the little stand be for having the monitor in portrait mode? I wonder if it would be possible with the connector and buttons on each side.

Can the portable monitor be used as digital photo frame diy alternative? I understand it doesn't have a photo media player so im thinking to connect it with chromecast and let the screensaver continually play on with family photos...
