I hear so much about Boots and I’ve watched footage but I need to see him against better opps. Not necessarily elite tier ppl; (belt or no belt), but much better opponents than he’s faced so far. He chose not to push for a fight with someone who's never turned down a single mandatory, to fight someone who hadn't fought a mandatory in 4 years. Make it make sense. We'll ignore the fact that the fight was STILL OFFERED TO HIM despite that and he turned it down.....TWICE.
