76 is not cold wind. The high winds and spin up tornadoes are an issue. But it's not cold.
Praying for all those in Texas with all the rain and wind my son and his 2 children lives in Texas I worry about them.
They actually do need prayers because of the Livingston dam. It's in really bad shape and if it breaches it will be catastrophic in Lester's area. Our whole area is under a flash flood warning.

I bought tomatoes at a veg stand Saturday. At $4 pound it was well worth home grown food versus hot house.

When I was a young girl my grandaddy salted his cows (mineral salt) every Sunday so he could have a good look at them......and he used old tractor tires, split in half. it might work in a pinch ? Oh my gosh, Mooman and Mildred are so cute together !
