Your videos are getting better and better, we are all proud fo you... thanks for sharing!!
Thank you for a complete set up and methodology, nice and easy to follow. I enjoy your style.
Hi Bob !! Thank you so much for your comment 😁, maybe my methodology is some kind of "casual", because I dont have a studio or teleprompter or things like that, but i enjoy a lot doing this kind of video. Big Hug.
Mario my man! Learning lot from you, your perspective is very clear. Thank you for making these videos. Danke!
Hi Dhruv, thank you so much for you words, I´m happy the videos helps you to improve your Photos.
Great pictures and helpful tutorial, thank you
@paulmarbach6447 , welcome Paul, thank you for your comment, have a nice week.
Un gran video y perfectamente explicado. Muy buenos consejos para fotografiar aves al vuelo.
Muchas gracias Julitro por tu comentario, te envio un fuerte abrazo y que tengas un buen fin de semana.
Hi Mario, thanks for another cool photography lesson. Thanks to your lessons, he is making great progress in this very difficult field.
Hi my friend Adam !!!!!!! thank you !!! im happy you are improving your skills, and I´m very excited for the day we will meet us to take Photos the whole day !! Adam have a nice weekend and keep safe.
Adam i was taking Portrait photos of the Volleyball team of my Doughter with the Nikon Z5, and the Nikon is really an impressive camera, how it captures photos in low light conditions is really outstanding !!
Aaargh... so different from the problems posed by what i typically shoot😵💫. Maybe i'll start off in the garden with a few test shots of my Barred Plymouth Rock chickens and Indian Runner ducks. 🤣🤣🤣. Glad you're out there, Mario, and hope that, like me, you've had a great week with the camera. All the best from Aotearoa-New Zealand.
😁 Hi Luzr !!! Yes, I've had a very busy week, I've been repairing my car, but I'm enjoying every moment. Luzr do you really have Chickens and Ducks in the garden?? awesome, i dont have garde, only a Balcony 😁😁 big hug and keep safe !!!
@@MarioKilianPhotographyJust a few chickens and ducks - they're friends of mine. My problem is that i also have a lot of other birds flapping or running around. I know i should take advantage of that, but i also know that good bird photography is both challenging and very time-consuming. Many of the birds are small to medium size forest birds - they move fast or erratically in often low light conditions. But, i have some wetland at home as well and i'm only ten minutes drive from the coast. So, lots of opportunity, however, my gear is not really birding gear and i'm typically a slow shooter. Anyway, i do appreciate the help, advice and encouragement you provide, but it's a challenge to work it all out nonetheless! Cheers, my friend, and all the best.
Luzr if you are only 10 minutes from coast i would realy take advantage on this to do Landscape Photography, i always liked ocean, just to sit on the shore and watch the horizon...for hours, but in my case I have to drive more than 5 hours to get to the ocean...😢I haven't seen the ocean in years.😢...When I retire, I want to live near the ocean!!
@@MarioKilianPhotography Landscape is my main thing and, as you know, it has different rituals and tempo to many other types of photography. LIKE BIRDS!!!! Anyway... i loaded the relevant settings into my camera today, assigned them a button, and went landscape exploring knowing that, if anything went 'tweet' i could have a go. I followed your advice and walked 50m, stopped and listened, walked another 50, etc. I got a lovely shot of a feral cat. I got a six frame burst of my shoes. I got two ducks; missed a couple of award-winning shots of a fantail at close range; and scored an in-focus nectar-feeder who's head was completely inside a flower and who had its back to me. So, it's nice to be challenged and i'll be back out there, finger on the custom button, tomorrow. Cheers and all the best!
Hi Mario, I live in southern Spain, photographing, the birds and animals in Spain ,you get a real sense of a achivememt when you get a great photo !! love it.
GREAT VIDEO
Thank you so much !! 😃
Dzięki za to wyłączenie stabilizacji w aparacie i włączenie trybu 2 w obiektywie. Pozdrawiam
Dziękuję za Twój komentarz. Uściski i pozdrowienia.
Hi Mario, thanks for the video. It is probably where I am at with technique but I move one stop from wide open as it helps me with a bigger depth of field to pick up focus of the bird in flight, particularly if not as close as I would like. Also helps with fast small birds that move all over the place. BTW, I notice your subscribers have hit the 15k mark. Congratulations. We just need you to get to 25k as a next goal quickly. Cheers.
Hi Tony !!!!!!! Well i mainly use a stop closer to, but if the day is cluody and considering my sigma is not a fast lens i have better chance to get the birds in focus using the widest aperture. Tony, subscribers are 1.5 k, not 15 k, 😁 I think it will be a lot of time to reach over 10k, but the most important thing is that i love doing videos and love to be outside.
@@MarioKilianPhotography Sorry I missed the decimal point. It will be worth celebrating 15k, maybe a trip to Australia for your wife to see Koalas. We actually saw one a few weeks back not far from where we live. Saw some kangaroos today, more kangaroos than birds almost:-)
@@tonyblake8841 Tony that would be amazing, believe me that i have marked it in my todo list, at this moment it is not easy, but in a future not so distant I promise you we will see us.
