Mistborn is so amazing! Definitely a must read series

I just finished this trilogy two days ago, and we seem to have had a very similar reading experience. I honestly vastly enjoyed Well of Ascension over Final Empire. A big part of that for me was due to the villains that are setup and used.
Agreed! The antagonists in this book are much more fleshed out and interesting. The Lord Ruler is a great baddie too, but I feel that most his character work happens in book 2&3 so he feels a bit lacking in book 1.
Let's gooooooooooooo. Love this series so much. The audiobook pronounces it "Say-Zed"
I was about 75% of the way through the first book before I even realised how wrong I was reading the name, and by that point it was far too late, he will always be sazeed to me haha.

I think this one may of actually fit hard mode dreams, but it wasn't until after I uploaded the video that I rembered, I think Vin has a nightmare in this book?

@@BenjaminsBookclub That is exactly how I would recommend reading through the books you listed there. Elantris is the worst of the bunch, still a good but the lowest on the stack when compared to the rest of them.

@@BenjaminsBookclub whatever you do, do not read Stormlight till last. The degree of change in his skill as a story teller will make his earlier work harder to enjoy. I am curious if you have ever considered giving any LitRPG books a read? they can be a fun break from bigger more involved series.
