+Drew “Revz” Gillespie Thanks! To be honest, I've never had any experience with pixlr editor, so I'm not too sure. Some programs you might want to have a look at are Gimp (which is similar to photoshop) and Hitfilm Express 3, which are both free :)

I'm a bit confused, I apologize. So the process is you take a picture with minifig then no picture with minifig present. Is that the background image? The one without the minifig present?

Land Gear Development Basically, the background image is the image without the mini figure, while the foreground image is the one with the minifigure in it. You're essentially making a hole in the layer of the foreground image so you can see the image directly beneath :)

I think the best program to do something like that with would be after effects, however I have not had much experience doing those kind of things. I'm sure there are lots of tutorials out there that could help you with that though :)

Its pretty expensive, you have to pay about $23 a month... There is another photo editing program, called Gimp, which is free to use and download. I would highly recommend it, especially if you're still just getting into brick filming. Its a great substitute if you can't afford photoshop. As for a camera, I use a logitech HD Pro webcam C920, which works really well! I would recommend that, however, there are cheaper webcams out there that do a very similar job :)

Put the minifigure in the frame, focus the camera on the minifig, then take it away and take a picture. Then leave the focus the same whilst taking pictures with your minifigure. Does that answer your question?
