It's a Funkadelic sample You'll Like it Too. He has talked about mixing voices together in interviews before so he may have mapped his voice with it but I always thought the same thing.
Aphex always puts a nice surprise at the end, should have been longer imo.

Wow, do y'know what's even funnier about all your comments after a peruse of your tunes, which are pretty good, i'll give you that, quite a few of them sound very similar to Aphex twin's style. Why is it so important to point out that it's Aphex? It's great music, shouldn't matter that it's under a different name.
Adam Power I put it in the title for a number of reasons.
Firstly people might not know that the Tuss is Aphex Twin. It has never been "officially" confirmed and people still question if it is him or not, despite the fact that he is listed on the BMI index as the composer. I was getting a lot of comments from people saying "Tuss is not Aphex Twin" and I got bored of replying to them so I just added the BMI link and annotation.
Also adding Aphex Twin to the title helps with CZcams searches and auto generated playlists.
