Charlotte, Indigenous Elder

Charlotte is an Indigenous Elder who works in Structured Intervention Units (SIUs) at CSC. A 10-year residential school survivor, she says she bases her teachings with Indigenous offenders incarcerated individuals on reconciliation, understanding the trauma they have gone through and focusing why they are there.
