Project ARC-Knights The Old Guard

With their leader now on the lengthy road to reincarnation and their homeland in ruins, the old guard of the Emperor's blades now finds itself at a crossroads.
The speed with which their nation fell to the outsiders was unprecedented, and after ages serving the will of their Emperor, many in the honor guard have grown weary of their station, and are haunted by the only thing they have ever knowingly feared: A peaceful end to their terrible existence.
I really, REALLY want to add the Emperor's Blades to the narrative for some time now, and thanks to the incredible work of ‪@Fz3Dart‬ that has become a reality.
I wasn't sure how to go about introducing them at first--mostly because they'd pretty much utterly obliterate everything thrown at them in half a second--so I came up with the only solution that would make them a step down from unstoppable: I took a page out of Patriot's book and made them start to WANT to stop of their own volition. That and I couldn't have their loyalty called into question, so (also like Patriot) they reinterpreted their actions into a means of serving Ursus and their Emperor.
As for the fighting sequence--well, that was just a ton of fun to put together. Also this new kitbash of Inquisitor Song has grown on me, largely helped by the fact I had an easier time animating this version more than her other one.
And yes--it is immensely obvious that these absolute embodiments of destruction and death were holding back so much it was comical.
But then again, so was Song...
Don't worry though. We're going to see plenty examples of why they are one of the most terrifying things to walk the surface of Terra as the story progresses.
