Great review! If I had the room back then, definitely would have been one I would've considered getting it does look great. Now the tank drivers are stupid expensive for some reason and I never got any of them so even if I wanted to get it now I wouldn't have the proper crew for it.
Thanks. Yeah, I hope Hasbro does a troop builder pack of the drivers. The tank is still fairly cheap online, at least much cheaper than most TVC vehicles.
It’s ridiculous how expensive the drivers of this vehicle have gotten. Just the normal driver alone sells for about as much as the vehicle itself is worth. (Not to mention it got expensive so fast that they put it on the fan vote which mostly included rarer old figures only a few years after it released). By the way, thank god the republic trooper won that, out of all those figures in my opinion it had the lowest chance of getting rereleased if it lost. So far everything from that vote has gotten reissued except for the hover tank driver. Maybe we’ll see it again soon.
To add to your idea of a troop builder 4 pack. I think it should include 1 hover tank commander, 1 hover tank driver, an at-act driver (probably the most forgotten trooper), and for the 4th slot an imperial transport pilot. (Which is basically a hover tank driver with blue markings). All four figures would use the same parts with one exception for the head of the at-act driver. (Maybe people that already have the drivers would be mad if this set existed, all I have to say to them is either buy another tank, put them in a troop lineup or base diorama).

That would be great too, but considering those 4 packs are almost always comprised of reused molds I don’t see that being a likely inclusion, now that we are actually getting tvc rebels figures we might see it someday though. What I was talking about was a trooper design from a vr game. It’s shares a very similar name to the previously mentioned trooper but is actually completely different. Imagine a hover tank driver with blue on various parts of the armor. Lego even made a minifig of this design, it was included in their vaders castle set a few years ago. I recommend looking it up when you get the chance. (Some other imperials I would like to see someday (excluding comic designs): rebels jump trooper (grunt/officer), imperial super commando (rebels), patrol trooper (solo), a new sandtrooper (with different colored pauldrons), an imperial shock trooper, and magma trooper (both from bf2015).
It wouldn't be proportional. The best way I can think of to make it work is a close up photo of the tank drivers with this tank in the distance behind them to give the illusion it is far off. This vehicle would be a great Haslab for the Black Series, I could see it being successful.

I would vote to make the tank drivers a troop builder pack. Maybe two drivers, a commander, and an AT-ACT driver just to add something new.
