this is amazing. wish i found it sooner. flying blind into a BA job ( long story) and ive been schooling myself like crazy on how to properly map and facilitate meetings. baptism by fire but after the second session this is what was happening so thats great lol. i kinda need help on how to properly number the steps. how to identify sub processes etc.
