Just to back Tara up, there have been studies that show eating later or closer to sleep results in more nightmares. It has to do with your brain being more active due to the increased activity from digesting if I recall correctly.

@@sudani1336 they don't keep information secure, which is tantamount to therapy and health services. They purposefully shared private health information to third parties for ads. Also, I have heard nothing but complaints about the quality of therapists. I agree that mental health care needs to be more accessible, but not at this cost. It's woefully unprofessional and unethical.

Tara I TOTALLY feel you. I NEVER, ever check emails. I use a physical calendar and always have. My poor husband has to do anything connected with emails 😂 like my daughters sports, school, any of that stuff. 😂😂 I HATE email.

Since Tara wanted to hate on it I want to mention: A study back in 2018 conducted by researchers at St. Andrew's University in Scotland found that skim milk is the most hydrating beverage to drink in their study, beating out sport drinks, teas, fruit juices, rehydration solutions such as Pedialyte, and water. So not only is milk a perfectly reasonable thing to drink after a run, it might be the best thing for both its rehydration properties and for the macro nutrients to aid recovery!
It's great seeing Tara become more comfortable on here and the rest of them getting more comfortable around her.
Tara you can give sugar Benadryl for the plane ride. I was the exact same way about my toy poodle and we had to do an emergency plane ride with him because I wouldn’t leave him at a boarders. They can take Benadryl totally safely and it’s like an anxiety pill for them just look up the dosage for his weight and he will just sleep on the plane ride and be totally fine I promise.
