This unit is absolutely incredible . The vibration comes from the brushes if someone leaves the machine sitting on the brushes instead of storing it in upright position. New set of brushes will fix the vibration real quick.
With a bad back and hips this is just what I have been looking for to clean my large house.

it's not as great as it looks my work just got three and it still bugs the lower back due to the vibration
