Yep. All desire is tied to some story and the story is all mind. The ever-real has no beginning or end. All the questions and answers are all to satisfy the mind that lives in a changing, fabricated story.
Just ignor the words yapping in your head about this, that or the other. For this reason or that. Because this, and then because that, blah, blah, on and on...just ignore all the words of the head and be present with the breath in the moment, with the heart. Marry the head to the heart, but let the heart preside as your seat of attention, while youre aware in the body.
Leave all the dead stories alone and preside as the living throne of your heart.
