Mam if one partner rahu (eg in 3 sign) corresponds to other partner Ketu (eg in 9th sign) and vice versa than that case synastry is a mismatch ?

And we have match the synastry with respect to bhav chart or Lagna /ascendenct chart ?
Does Ketu synastry brings limitation with respect to that planet ?
We have to check with respect to Axis and Rasis. And I take Lagna Chart. Ketu synastry brings into the person/s likely to be affacted.
