Some advice I would give is when attaching the fabric, staple at the seam allowance of the fabric onto the piece with the wrong side of the fabric facing you and laying in the opposite direction of where you're laying it, so that when you fold it over onto the correct place, the staples will make a clean edge of the fabric and the staples will be hidden. Otherwise this is such a fantastic upcycle of a chair, the optical illusion aspect of it is so creative and you always find ways to get through a project no matter what it throws at you. Great work!

Get some "blade wash" & run clipper through that after each use. Also, "Kool lube" will lubricate the blade during use - let sit on blade a minute, then wipe to avoid residue on rug.
Blades DO need to be sharpened occasionally, but cleaning & lubricating will extend that time.
