Rich or not I wish I had friends who actually cared enough about me to even buy me a small gift. I remember one Christmas in 7th grade I spend 20 dollars on matching friendship necklaces for me and my two besties (at the time) and they both said “oh I forgot I’ll get you something tomorrow tho” I was a little mad because we all were talking about it nonstop. Then the next day one of them shows up with a crusty necklace (seriously it was covered in dirt) and a dirty scrunchie. And the other one showed up with nothing.
