Thrust vector is the only puzzle I wasn't able to solve on my own and looking at it... I don't regret using my prometheus' sparks on this one.
Still not sure if this method is correct 🤣

I haven't used any spark yet is there any problem with achievements?
there's another solution without the running thing!
for south 2 I didn't even need the laser. I just put the gravshifter at the edge of the top panel and jumped on the purple elevator from on top of the box
Thanks for this. I solved some of the gold gates on my own. Here's my experience with the gold gates.
---
-In East 1 "Jump Start" I got stuck, because my lasers kept crossing for the actual jump start. Moving the connector around solved it.
-Couldn't figure out East 3 "Non-Overlapping Magisteria".
-Almost figured out North 1 "Vantage Point", but locked myself in twice, lol.
-Almost got North 3 "The Rearranger".
-Didn't really care for having to reset South 1 "Pillars of Ascension" multiple times for any mistake, this solution helped.
-For South 3 "Thrust Vector" I couldn't figure the precise placement and timing. I dropped the connector over 8 times as shown, the connector just bounced off to the floor. I ended up using a different solution, where the connector is placed in front of the moving pusher, but activated from the top forcefield area.
-In West 1 "The Mule" this helped a lot.
-Same for West 2 "Hollow".
-In West 3 "Windstream" I never thought of that solution!
I made South 3, Trust Vector with some parkur, putting the connector in the highground with all reds, jumping in the ledge under the last door and putting the other conector with all reds over there, just open the last door with the 1st connector, picking up the 2nd connector from the ledge and conecting the blue directly
Or you can just take geksaeder from puzzle 3 and reach end of thrust vector puzzle from above. :D
It seems devs maked many puzzles in hurry, because Talos 1 had that sort of things, but not in big scales like this one.
Hollow had me stuck for like an hour, I felt so dumb once I completed it, but the way I did it was way more convoluted than any other guides I've seen lol
I hear you. I used the activators to kill the green force fields.
I was sincerely convinced that I had to take out all the elements except the green deactivator, because I thought that the blue beam would be blocked by the tree.
Now with a lot of REAL TRICKS (alternative ways) 👍

I have another alternative way for East 3, using the extended line connecting for the star outside ;)
There is another alt- way to solve Embodied Cognition that I found by accident. First, charge the sphere with the red laser and connect it to the red receiver. Then, take the connector and connect it to the blue laser and the blue receiver. If you place it just right, the blue laser will go right through the pillar walls on the left side of the barrier, allowing you to connect it and complete the puzzle.
For East 2 and 3 I used connectors outside of the level
Out of all of these I think windstream is the coolest. Its so nice and simple and elegant
the setup of the puzzle implies the solution. it's elegant, but too obvious
Does that mean you can finish South 1 with the entrance door still closed ?
Thanks, but in the solution for Trust Vector you could have shown better and slower where you drop the damn connector, I tried 5 times and it doesn't fit, it's frustrating as fuck.
There is no time to show it slower. Just do everything step by step and throw the connector right on the edge.
@xamalion7334 - if you stand close enough to the edge and look straight down you will notice when you move it around sometimes it lands on the floor and sometimes in the air. If it’s on the floor you will notice it’s not touching the red laser beam. When it’s in the air it means it’s touching it. So that’s how you can guide where to drop it

I had an easier solution for Thrust Vector, and a harder solution for Hollow. I feel like Talos 1 total over prepared me for this game lol, only time I spent over 20 minutes on a puzzle was Thrust Vector when in 1 there was puzzle after puzzle talking half an hour

The Mule: Its simpler to bring the connector behind the wall on the button. Then you can just instantly create a whole and teleport to the other side. Just a minor detail.
