Sir I’m currently in bracu CSE department of second semester. I want to switch to eee however according to their eee department’s student it’s worst. They are telling me to avoid it at any cost and opt for Aust and AIUB showing many disadvantages. and many private education consultants are recommending AIUB which comes after Aust for particularly eee department . What’s your opinion regarding this issue. I know brac is undoubtedly best for CSE but for eee, I’m hesitant….
This depends on individual students and their perspectives. To my opinion university matters less and more depends on how one can get most out an institution. You can study at the best universities but still can’t learn if you don’t take the responsibility of learning and self development. All of these are good institutions and academics are highly qualified. So you decide what works best for you.

BRACU or NSU should be always on top of choice list as they rank higher in all regards compared to Aiub. The down side of BRACU is that it doesn’t have a great campus like Aiub or NSU.

মোটামুটি দু'দিন হলো আশেপাশে চেনা-জানা যে ক'টা বন্ধুবান্ধব রয়েছে ভার্সিটি থেকে সবার মাথায় আর মনের মধ্যে হাহাকার। ব্যাপারটা সবার ক্ষেত্রেই এক কিনা যাচাই করতে মোটামুটি সবধরনের গ্রুপে ঘুরপাক খাচ্ছিলাম দেখতে পেলাম হাতে গোনা কিছু শতাংশ ব্যতীত মোটামুটি ব্র্যাক ইউনিভার্সিটি তে পড়ুয়া সকলেই মানসিকভাবে বিপর্যস্ত। বাংলাদেশের মধ্যে প্রাইভেট বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় ক্যাটাগরিতে (সর্বশেষ তথ্য অনুযায়ী) সবথেকে ব্যয়বহুল ইউনিভার্সিটির ভেতরের চিত্র এতটাই করুন যে প্রতিনিয়ত এখানে অধ্যয়নরত শিক্ষার্থীরা নিজেদের পড়ালেখা শেষ করার সময়সীমা এবং নিজেদের ক্যারিয়ার নিয়ে প্রায়শই মুখ থুবড়ে পড়ছে। ব্যবস্থাপনা কমিটির পদে যারা রয়েছে তারা সর্বশেষ কবে ইউনিভার্সিটি অবস্থা পর্যবেক্ষণ করেছে সেটা নিয়ে রয়েছে ঘোর সন্দেহ। নামে ওপেন ক্রেডিট রেখে নিজ ইচ্ছার বাইরে প্রতি সেমিস্টারে বাড়তি চাপ নেয়া ব্র্যাকে পড়ুয়া সকলের যেনো অভ্যাস হয়ে গিয়েছে। এমনকি ডিপার্টমেন্টাল কোর্স তো পাওয়া বড়ই ভাগ্যের ব্যাপার। বাড়তি কোর্স করতে করতে যদি পুরা সময়টা চলে যায় তবে মেইন কোর্সগুলো ছোঁয়ার সুযোগ কই।খরচ কমাতে স্কলারশিপের আশায় ৯০ তে A ও ৯৭ তে A+ তোলার ইচ্ছাটাও একটা পর্যায়ে গিয়ে মৃতপ্রায়। অতঃপর বাড়তি চাপ নিয়ে ক্যাম্পাসে রিল্যাক্স হয়ে বসে যে একটু নিঃশ্বাস নিবে সেই তিল পরিমাণ জায়গা টুকু নেই। শুনলাম নতুন সেমিস্টারে নাকি হাজারের সংখ্যাটা আরো বাড়িয়ে তুলছে। এবার হয়তো ভার্সিটিতে বাতাস খাওয়া টাও ছাত্রছাত্রীদের জন্য বড্ড দায় হয়ে যাবে। তবে এত টাকা সকলে দিচ্ছেই বা কিসে!?

I would recommend studying in English medium as you need to improve your English skill as a must if you want to succeed in today’s competitive world. I’d recommend Aust as this is more focused towards engineering. Also mechanical engineering is a good discipline which has diamond both in Bangladesh and abroad.

বারবার শুধু আমার কাছে এসে পরীক্ষা ডিসটার্ব দিতেছিলো এমনকি ১৪-১৫ শিক্ষক শিক্ষীকা যাচাই করে আমি নাকি প্রক্সি দিতে এসেছি
এছাড়াও ওনারা আমাকে পরীক্ষা শেষ হওয়ার পরে ডেকেছিলো কিন্তু কাজ হলো না
এটার জন্য আমার চান্স টাও হই নি 🙂
আমি বারবার করে বলতাছি যে এটা আমার ছবি কিন্তু বিশ্বাস করলো না 🙂 তারপরে ডিপার্টমেন্ট প্রধান এসে আমাকে ছেড়েছে😅🙂

This is a complicated question for me actually, because boards are wearing good subjects. Have you ever ask yourself? Where would you like to see yourself after completing Education . Do you want to become an environmental scientist or an engineer working in large manufacturing organisations? @@minhazulhassan6539 It is a lie. It used to be good, but for the last 10 years, it has been going downhill. Most of the EEE faculty are incompetent. I graduated from AIUB, and some of the classmates are now faculty members, and I know them very well. They got their job based on connections and not on qualifications. AIUB student quality is also very bad compared to other top private universities. These students are later accepted as faculty members. AIUB should be avoided at all costs.
