What if 1st and 4th lord are conjunct in 6th house and aspected by 6th lord from 12th house.
In generic terms, restless mind,legal issues related to land & property,addicted towards bad activities, inclination towards other culture & foreigners, property in foreign land or in other city, peace of mind & comfort will come through struggle, hard work & by defeating enemies. This placement is good to make career as lawyer,doctor & banker.Offcourse many other factors have to analyse like house lord strength,planets involved & many more.
Sorry Ve is debliated in D1 but exalted in D9..can I consider directional strength from 4th house Ve from D9 ? What is final conclusion would be made from here about Ve ?

Retrograde is just phenomenon which is having more importance in d1. In d4, jupiter provides good results related to landed property & assets. (As per details given by you)
If in D4 sun, mars +saturn are in 7th capricorn, is that building from ground up or derelict building?

Namaskar Brother please clear my one dout that need to consider aspects both of planetary and signs in all divisional charts along with main natal D1 chart ?... or is it true that aspects only and only applicable to D1 ?

Debatable topic-Many astrologers doesn't consider aspect in divisional charts as there is no complete sign present, there is only certain degree of sign present. But in my opinion, if we consider exaltation-debiliation theory in divisional charts(like we check strength of planets in D-9 or feel happy to see planet exalted in divisional chart) and consider that exaltation state give strength to the planet in D1 then we must also consider aspects(in my view). However, it is complex issue as there is no standard rule available to interpret divisional chart, it is only depend on the ability of astrologer that how he or she decode it.
Namaskar Brother yes I understood . Actually in my D1 aquarius lagna ..Su,Ve,Sa,Me all in virgo at 8th..Ma in scorpio at 10th..Ju at 7th...Mo at 3rd..Ra at 5th and Ke at 11th. But in D9 ... in Sagittarius lagna ... Ju,Ve in pisces at 4th..means Ju in own sign and Ve is exalted.. Su in kendra house at 7th..Sa at 10th..Ma in own sign at 12th..Ra in own sign at 3rd..exalted MO at 6th..now can I consider strength and digbali Venus here whereas Ve is debliated in my D9... so finally what destination is reached by Ve ?
Venus will not cause much harm as venus is placed with depositor in both D1 & D9. As per my understanding, you are intense in relationship (may have excessive sensuality). You have interest in magic & healing which transform you as spiritual healer or one who have interest in nurturing. Wealth and comfort may come by the effort of life partner (protective for you like shield).
