I just noticed something... In this sketch, James is playing the guy from "Clue Murder Mystery Scandal!" At 2:53 (in The other sketch, not this one), he says, "Inspector, pleeeaasse tell us what the actual secret is!" He says it in the same accent.
The major thing different it that James's hair in this sketch is much different then his hair in the other one, but that maybe because he just woke up.

@@happylove6995 It's just meant to be ridiculous I think. "You're mom's the Great Depression" could be playing on Yo Mama jokes; there are a lot of interpretations for this! But I think James was just trying to insult Hector. That's my take of it, at least.
