- 💡 Today we are going to use a silicone mold to make a resin night lamp. Just put the dandelion into the mold and then pour the resin, and the light can quickly complete a dandelion night light.
Very easy to make, basically no power tools are needed.

a very beautiful masterpiece. I watched this video till the end because I wanted to give it a try.
I remember a school project where I had put epoxy glue on pine and spruce branches so the needles would stay put. All the other project lost their needles but the teacher was amazed that mine didn't fell off. This little tips may inspire others.

Nicely done. The only criticism I have is that by glueing the bottom wooden part to the top you've made the item unserviceable (in case the leds should blow, for instance). The wooden part could have been screwed to the resin part easily, with the white layer of resin hiding the threads of the screws nicely.

It really looks amazing! But can I ask which kind of resin do you use? And do you use a pressure box? Because even when you mix and pour the resin in there, there seems to be no bubbles at all. It's like magic to me. If I did this, I would have, like, a quintillion of bubbles in there. I do even when I make much smaller and less complicated stuff.

How do you get to dry out the dandelion? also, doesn't it get burned while resin is curing?? I'm always afraid my flower would burn during the curing phase so I do it in layers but it's not as good...

@@tubeymatey3749 I think the led disc comes from a light bulb (led halogen ?) that he opened and made a hole in the middle... for the rest..still investigating :)

everytime i watch your videos i always want to start making something, like you did. but to buy epoxy just that much i have to think twice. had not enough spare money. i have tried using polyester resin (cheaper than epoxy) but the result no better than epoxy.
