Christa, us real women agree with you 100%. It's sad what happened to them. But think about this, maybe (just speculating) it's certain "things" they would not do for fame and fortune. If you've ever read/heard about some of the shenanagins that goes on behind the scenes in the entertainment world...that would explain alot of things. Imagine...any of them (the Sylvers) being constantly harassed by "the powers that be" for "favors" Especially the lead singer Edmund. He's definitely one of the most handsome men I've ever seen..him and Leon. I know this sounds crazy, but it's not. It used to be hush hush, but alot of (secret) things have been revealed about some of the traps of fame. If you go through CZcams... some of the people (who left the entertainment industry) will talk about those "parties". Or better yet.... listen to Kat Williams!! He talks about it... it's crazy!!! As a matter of fact, two members of the group (Ricky and Foster) went to prison.... This was revealed on their Unsung episode. If my (so called) speculation is any where near what could have (possibly) happened, good for you Sylvers for having integrity and standing your ground. Their oldest brother Leon in his own right became one of the best producers in the business! Awesome!! It's so sad that the lead singer Edmund died (lung cancer) in 2004.....😥. Such a FINE talented man!! They say he has 11 children. Hell...if I would have gotten ahold of him, he'd have 12+!! This is it....for now 😎 SMH!!
