Good story and fair comparison . I was born in Duncan and now live in Nanaimo . Enjoy what both places offer.
This is another good, informative, video of our local region.
Your presentation, style is clear and well delivered.
Yes, Nanaimo is definitely my choice here.
Oh look, here I am again at 2:00...ie: the old geezer out on my daily 12K run along the harbour-front.
Keep on making the vids đ
Great video and so informative as we've been wondering about the Cowichan Valley as our next home.
Thank you Scott for the endless valuable information!
I had you in mind when making this video. Lots more to come about the Cowichan Valley and more rural areas NW of Parksville.
I love the effort you put into these videos keep it up bud.
Awesome video!! Look forward to videos on Parksville and Ladysmith as well. Keep up the great work đđŒđ
Soon my friend!!!
@@Nanaimore thank you in advance, I am spoiled to so many super nice cities and towns to buy/live a property on the island soon this year! Such as Nanaimo; Port Alberni; Ladysmith; Duncan; Sannich...but not Victoria which I can't afford...
Both look so nice but since I donât drive(I want to but Iâm scared lol)Nanaimo would definitely be the better choice with more busses and the ferries!
Thanks for the great information
Thanks for watching and commenting!!!
I'm sure his uploads get better and better...?
Or maybe he's winning me over, got to go visit.
The lakes look amazing and so does everything else.
Soon I'll do a video about a 3-hour loop that takes you from Duncan to Lake Cowichan, Lake Cowichan to Port Renfrew on the west coast, down to Sooke, and back to Duncan. It's a fantastic day trip with SO MANY stops along the way.
Elliots Beach ParkïŒïŒïŒI just visited there yesterday. đ
Itâs one of my favourite places!!!
Hello
Very beautiful place ##
So I request you could you upload about job opportunities in NANIMO
I'm considering relocating from Winnipeg to Vancouver Island but in my price range I'm finding lots of "manufactured homes" aka mobile homes. I'm also finding lots of "age restrictions". I'm guessing these are popular with seniors. Is there anything else I should be aware of as someone who's never lived in a mobile home or BC? Do mobile homes have septic tanks etc? And how's the temperature indoors in one of these things? Or would I be better off looking at condos?
Mobile homes are depreciating assets and can be difficult to get insurance on if the unit is over 25 years old. I would highly recommend a condo over a mobile home.
@@Nanaimore ah ok cool, that explains why they are so cheap. Thanks!! đđ
Lol. Yes ... we do read them, but please make the font at least double the current size on the paragraphs. đ
I really appreciate the feedback!!!
Drunken in Duncan
I assure you I was sober. Others sobriety I cannot on confirm.
How about Ladysmith?
Video coming soon! Itâs an fantastic place â€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïž
Does anyone read these? đ§ Of course we do! :)
That was only a test!!
I think Nanimo is much better then Duncan, Maple Bay is really nice tho.
The traffic going through Duncan is what really ruins the City for me. Living near Maple Bay is fantastic. The surrounding rural areas of Duncan are very nice as well.
This video I have to turned off because your music was so loud that surpasses your narrative was too much.
I'm finding different devices play the music louder then my computer set up. I'll adjust in the future!!!!
@@Nanaimore Thanks Scott
