I want to thank you for saving my black Gucci card case 👍 This is my 4th year with this card case. And I was laying in bed this morning and notice the side where my finger goes to flap open the button of the card case is ever so slightly peeling. I was panicking a little as I love this wallet and honestly will continue to use it for another 5 years since it's black and it pretty much goes with anything.
I search on the internet on how to fix this but all I see is buy this buy that, send it to us. I am so glad I come across your video. The card case is lambskin leather so I didn't know if it will affect anything but everything works out wonderfully! The peeling simply melted away. It was a little dry and sticky at first but all it needed was a little vaseline and now the sides are all brand new! THANK YOU!

Bridgette Kiefer that's up to opinion. I've had pieces restored for both a new look and continued use. I would totally work on a piece to extend the life of an LV. I've had not problems reselling but I also get attached and bags that I invest in I usually keep for myself.

The Vuittonite Lining is detiororating. I have a video cleaning the inside of a bucket pouch let me fine the link.

I accidentally got some alcohol on my LV wallet and now the leather is dry, with some dry spots (outside), how do i get it oily/shiny again?
Dabeliiuteef try using the saddle butter. With time it should fade but do moisterize to prevent cracking. Keep me posted

Hi there! I used brown leather dye from Fiebling because that is what I had on hand and it worked. hasnt caused any problems. I used a Qtip. quick and easy. I started with a sharpie that was taking too long. would love to see your project before and after!

Sure, I used Fiebings leather dye. Easy to find at a craft store or Amazon.
@@LVReLoved I'm stuck on which color to pick that's most similar to the interior, did you use mahogany, light brown or dark brown from fiebing dye?

It’s the Louis Vuitton French Purse wallet, it’s discontinued but can be found pre-loved Ebay, Fashionphile, Yoogiecloset etc..., the other compact wallet is the LV Elise, Be careful do your research you don’t want to receive a fake
