2:15 - "I'm having a hard time understanding what he's saying. I'm gonna pull up the lyrics."
    :Long wheeze laugh:
    Yeah. Do that.

And yes they added minutes of jam in the middle of the song, the studio version is 8 min long or something I believe

4:00 - So they ... experiment. But these arrangements are actually very tight within the confines of what they're doing. The album before this one, all the instrumentalists were given a theme, a key, and a tempo to play for some number of bars and Cedric put them together in the studio. Nobody heard the context but him until it was finished. Actually... maybe that was this one? It's been a while since I was on forums for this stuff. But that's the kind of approach they take.

I think that one was Frances the Mute. Then they made Amputecture. This one is from Bedlam in Goliath

Zack, thank you again-for your super entertaining reaction, I was smiling and cracking up by the look on your face. Thats usually the look on everyone's face when listening to TMV. It's funny you call them a "jam" band. You can say they are the most brilliantly calculated jam band around. The chaos comes through the other side to eventually make sense. They are an acquired taste FOR SURE ;) I am from LA, but I do have kinda eccentric taste in music than most. Wanted to ask you, besides music do you do reactions to other stuff like show clips/funny skits? Shoot I have a channel as well wouldn't mind you reacting to. If not-no worries! Thanks again 🌈🙏🏻

Sadly, I’d say this might be the worst way to experience TMV for the first time (not criticizing you man). I just think that their strongest area is in the studio, you should take a listen to the full Studio Version of “Cassandra Gemini” from their second LP “Frances the Mute”. Trust me, priceless. There’s absolutely NOTHING like it out there and it’s a completely different monster from this
